The goal inspired theresearchers to create a user-friendly application for timemanagement and spending tracking.
First, the researchers surveyeda particular barangay center to confirm the issues existence.Second, after determining that time management and expensetracking are the key issues facing the barangay, the researchersconcentrated on creating a tool that would be useful to the staff ofthe barangay center.
